Criterion Healthcare, LLC was founded in 2005 by Herbert Hames, Jr. and Steven Steinbacher on the core principle of placing the emphasis of any healthcare facility development on the “Delivery of Care.” Our decisions are based on how real estate can enhance healthcare delivery NOT on how healthcare can enhance real estate investments. This emphasis stands in stark contrast with the traditional aims and goals of commercial real estate concerns.
